Eligibility and Requirements
To be eligible, developers should demonstrate:

A strong track record in housing projects.

Financial stability and integrity.

Alignment with our mission of providing affordable, quality housing.
Application Process

Complete the online application form.

Submit the required documents, including project proformas, T-12’s, any proposals and company profiles.

Await the review and approval process from the Texas Workforce Housing Foundation’s board.
Documents need to be submitted 10 days prior to a board meeting to be on the agenda. Board meetings take place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Agenda will be posted 72 hours in advance of meeting.
