Board Approval
After you submit your application, then your application will go to the Texas Workforce Housing Foundation board for approval.
Ready to Close?
When you have secured your financing, and your legal counsel, then we can proceed to the memorandum of understanding and transaction documents.
Closing
Once your team and our team have gone through all transactions documents, then we will proceed to closing with title.
